I work a 9-5 office job, compete in bikini fitness, play basketball in national league, run my own personal training business, train in bare minimum five times a week and I still have time to socialise with my friends.I cook my own meals and pack them up for busy days ahead and believe it or not I even have time to read a books. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve.
