6 Week Kick Start

Six week kick start program is designed to get you in an explosive start for a healthy lifestyle.

In this training you will mix gym training and HIIT training. Nutrition plan in this training is strict and the workouts are hard, but fairly short. This program is for you if you don’t have too much time, but still want to get your body ready for that beach holiday.

In this training you will train in the gym 2-3 times a week, do 2-3 HIIT workouts and one cardio and stretching/mobility workout.
