Total transformation is 12 week gym and nutrition package, this package suits you if you have had a little break from training and you want to kick things off again. This package is also suitable for beginners as the idea is to learn how to do the basic movements efficiently and with the right technique. You will receive your personalised nutrition program and training programs to your email and will be able to watch videos of how to moves should be performed in the online community.
In this training you will train in the gym 2-3 times a week depending on your goals, I will also provide you a home workout that you can use to replace one gym workout. WHY? Because we all know that we have weeks that we just can’t make it to the gym. You will also receive warm up, and stretching instructions. In addition you will also receive my tips in healthy living and smart choices on the run.
